This page is for TradeLock, the app operated by Tradeily. Use it to request that your TradeLock account and associated data be deleted. Account deletion is permanent once processed.
How to request deletion
You can use any of the following. You do not need to keep the app installed.

Email (no app required). Send a message from your TradeLock account email address to help@tradelockhq.com with the subject TradeLock account deletion. State that you want your TradeLock account and associated data deleted. Never send passwords, broker credentials, or payment-card details. We may verify your identity. We aim to respond within one month, as described in our Privacy Policy.

In the TradeLock app. Open TradeLock and sign in. Open My account. Choose Delete account and complete the confirmation steps.

On the web. Sign in at tradelockhq.com. Open Settings, then Privacy & data. Choose Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.
Data that is deleted
When we process the request we remove your TradeLock account from the live service, including:
- Email address, password hash, and sign-in sessions
- Broker connections and stored broker credentials (immediately)
- Journal entries, trading account records, lock rules, and partner circles
- Push notification tokens and uploaded images
Remaining copies of account and usage data are deleted within 90 days (including rotating server backups).
Data that is kept
- Google Play purchase-token records stay on file, unlinked from your account, so the same purchase cannot be restored onto a different TradeLock account.
- Billing and tax records are retained for 7 years where tax law requires.
- Deleting your TradeLock account does not cancel a Google Play, App Store, or Stripe subscription. Cancel in the store or billing provider where you subscribed. On Android: Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → TradeLock → cancel.
- If you connected cTrader, revoke TradeLock in the Open API tab of your cTrader ID settings. We cannot withdraw that authorisation for you.
